PIEM has designed Pre-Foundation Courses for students who want to excel especially in their schooling and want to participate in junior competitive exams like NSTSE, Olympiads and various types of talent search exams. The Pre-Foundation Courses at PIEM is a way of analyzing ability and talent in students and making the students think beyond the school syllabus and form their logical thinking, IQ, EQ, SQ, CQ and AQ level strong. It promotes creativity, scientific thinking, competitive nature and diverse abilities in students through our classroom interaction programs and workshops. 
Pre-Foundation courses cover the entire curriculum of the schooling in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mental ability, Social Studies and English and we strengthen your preparation for tough competitive level exams for the future. The students can avail Pre-Foundation Course at PIEM through P-SAT only.

Language is an important tool for communication. It is not only a medium for communicating thoughts and ideas, but it expresses your body language, confidence and knowledge.
As you know, English is a global language and it plays a great role in your academics and competitive exams. This is an important aspect where the committee conducting the examination judges your possible ways of standing out from the crowd. In schooling and competitive examinations, the English language consists of three important sections- grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. These three sections enable the examinations conducted by committees to understand your English understanding, speaking, writing, analysis and listening power.
We look after the English Communication Skills in this Academic Course and also conduct appropriate classes for the English language.

Most of the parents think that their child is in junior class and joining in the Pre-Foundation Course is not beneficial. Here, we want to remove the doubts of parents by explaining the benefits of Pre-Foundation courses. 

Start early & beat the competition
The benefit of early joining gives you more time to adapt to quantum jumpers in difficult levels because there is better time as well as more time to understand and consolidate a long-term educational plan. Beginners will have more time before the actual school and competitive / academic entrance exams such that their course ends before they start later. By joining early, the students get more time on a display and for self-modification, sparking the temperament of the exam and clearing up last-minute doubts. This is very important to help a student achieve a quantum jump in performance in competitive / academic exams.
As a serious aspiring student never wants to wait, the ability to start the batch early will be high as many talented / serious students will join this stage and thus give you the better competition that you always wanted.

Admission Process For Pre-Foundation Courses-
Students are required to participate in P-SAT  in order to take the admission in Pre-Foundation Courses. And minimum aggregate marks criteria to take admission in Pre-Foundation Courses is  more than 40% in P-SAT and marks in each subject is 35%.
We suggest students/parents whose score in P-SAT  is less than 40% to take admission in Academic Course only instead of taking admission in Pre-Foundation Course.
